Book Study of Room on the Broom

In term 2 we completed a book study of 'Room on the Broom' by Julia Donaldson. We got to know the story and the characters through lots of fun activities. 

This was the Tuff Spot area where we could make potions.

 This was the craft area where we could make witch pictures using different shapes.

This was the playdough area where we made witch faces and finger nail pies. 

This was the story creating area where we used the stick puppets and settings to tell our own stories. 

This was the writing area where we wrote our own potions.
